Your Satisfaction / Returns Policy

All our products are fully inspected and checked against faulty workmanship and materials. If, in the unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase Frangipani Online offer a return/refund policy only if the customer emails us within 48 hours of receipt and the goods to advice and the goods are returned within 7 days.   If goods are returned in their original condition and packaging the customer will receive a full refund less the original postage and packing costs.

We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged on return. It is recommended that any returns are sent with adequate packing and insurance to cover damage or loss.  It is the customers responsibility to pay for despatch and return postage costs.

If goods are returned after 7 days have elapsed, Frangipani reserve the right to refuse return of goods or make an administration charge for the delay in return.

Upon satisfactory and timely receipt we will refund any monies within 28 days.

Any items classed as "Special orders" such as veils or tiaras made to customers colour requirements other than standard colour options are not included in our returns policy.

We reserve the right not to issue refunds if, in our opinion the jewellery has been worn. (other than for the purpose of trying on).  Due to contamination, if earrings have been tried on we can not offer refunds.

Delivery Time
Stock items will be dispatched within 3-5 days (usually within 48 hours). If an item is not in stock we will advise an anticipated delivery date.

Postage and packing is calculated on your invoice and can be viewed when you click on your purchase shopping cart all items are tracked and signed for.

If you are not home when delivery is made and you do not collect your item from your local post office within the allotted time the item will be returned to our office by Royal Mail.  In this instance we would request the postage charge again to despatch this item back to you.

Statutory Rights
Nothing in our terms and conditions affects your statutory rights. Any dispute regarding any transactions will be dealt with under United Kingdom law
